Refund Policy
This policy is only applicable for products purchased directly from www.natalist.com. If you purchased from a different retailer, please refer directly to its refund policy.
Given the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. But don’t worry, we’re confident that you’ll love our evidence-backed products.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your Natalist product(s), there are options available to you.

If your order has not already been processed by our fulfillment center, you may cancel it and receive a refund. No refunds will be processed for orders that have already been processed for shipment, including those that are awaiting pickup from the carrier, in transit or have confirmed delivery. We always do our best to accommodate order cancel requests or changes, during our regular business hours; Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm CT. To ensure our customers receive their orders as soon as possible, our fulfillment center processes orders quickly, which leaves a short window to cancel or change an order before it leaves the fulfillment center.
- If your pregnancy tests or ovulation tests are defective, we can send a replacement. In order to ensure a smooth replacement process, please keep the original box and test(s) in order to share the lot number and expiration with our customer service team.
- If this is your first order of a particular supplement and such order is made as a one-time purchase or month-to-month, no-commitment subscription and you are not completely satisfied, we can issue a credit in the amount of the purchase price of the supplement toward a future purchase. Shipping and handling fees of $7 will be withheld from your credit. Bulk purchases, including purchases of multiple quantities of a single product, are not eligible for this credit.
- We do not offer refunds or credits for our 4-charge commitment buying options. If you purchase the 4-charge commitment buying option and are not completely satisfied with the product you chose, we would be happy to offer you a replacement product selection for any remaining orders. Replacement products may incur additional fees.
To best support your journey, we recommend purchasing products first as single units and taking advantage of our one-time or month-to-month, no commitment subscription buying options where applicable.
