How was Natalist started?

After our own journeys trying to get pregnant, we knew people deserved better. We couldn’t get beautiful products we trusted or clear, accurate information and support, so we built the company we wish we had for ourselves. We’re doctors, moms, and scientists, and we’re building this company for you.

What is Natalist?

At Natalist, you’ll only find doctor-recommended, beautiful products that actually help you get pregnant. All our products are developed by a team of experts including our Medical Advisor Dr. Kenosha Gleaton, MD, a board-certified OBGYN, and our team of medical and scientific advisors. Are your products FDA registered?

Yes. We follow all FDA guidelines as required and have all the necessary clearances and registrations. We pride ourselves on going the extra mile to ensure we meet and exceed industry standards.

Which products can I purchase on subscription?

Currently, our supplements and The Test Pack are available on subscription.

Can I use your products as a non-binary, trans, intersex, or non-gender conforming person?

Yes! If parenthood is your goal, we’re here to help. However, please note, we do use medical terms like ‘male’ and ‘male’ specifying a person’s assigned gender at birth to differentiate between certain products. We recognize that biology does not dictate your gender and not all our customers will fall into these two categories. 

Can I use my FSA/HSA account?

Natalist has a large selection of products that are eligible for HSA and FSA reimbursement, including pregnancy and ovulation tests, prenatal vitamins, fertility tests and more. Shop our HSA/FSA eligible collection here. Did you know? This Virtual Fertility Consultation is also eligible for FSA and HSA reimbursement. Not to mention, The LubeIronPrenatal for him, and Fiber may also be eligible with a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement (HRA).

Be sure to check with your specific HSA/FSA benefits coordinator for clarification on the specific requirements for reimbursement including usage, protocol, and qualifications. Do you do social audits on your manufacturing?

For products manufactured internationally, we have independent third-party audits of the manufacturing conditions where all Natalist products are made. We ensure our international manufacturers uphold the proper credentials in their countries of operation, as well as any corresponding certifications for US import. We use all of these indicators to ensure that we only employ manufacturers that uphold operating conditions that are in line with Natalist’s ethics for manufacturing practices.

Gifts

Can I send The Get Pregnant Bundle, Pregnancy Gift Bundle, or TLC Trio as a gift?

Yes, you can give any of our products as a gift! Simply use the recipient's information for the shipping address. And if you'd like, after adding it to your cart, include an optional gift note. We'll ensure a handwritten note gets included in the package!

Can I send a note with a gift?

Yes! After adding the product(s) to your cart, you’ll see an “Optional gift note” field. Simply type what you’d like your note to say and who we should say it’s from, and we’ll ensure a handwritten note gets included in the package!

You should receive points in your account instantly once you complete a promotion!

Can I get benefits without making a purchase?

We do not allow points to be transferred. Instead, you can refer your friends to sign up for the program so they can start earning points on their own!

What does it mean that Natalist is plastic neutral?

Natalist is the first and only company in our space that carries a guaranteed net-zero plastic footprint. This means that for every pound of plastic we sell, we facilitate the removal of a pound of plastic pollution—giving your purchase a net-zero plastic footprint. We do this through a partnership with rePurpose Global to fund and facilitate the collection, processing, and reuse of ocean-bound plastic waste. To learn more about plastic neutrality, click here.

Can I recycle Natalist products?

We're so glad you asked! As part of our initiative, we want to help educate our customers on our products today, including how to properly dispose of them after use. After all, we can't do this alone!

Why does Natalist use plastic to begin with?

Our mission at Natalist is to serve women on their unique paths to parenthood through beautiful, evidence-backed fertility and pregnancy products and resources. And though providing accessible, educational content and support is a sustainable task, designing and sourcing fertility and pregnancy products that meet the same standards of quality tends to be more difficult.

This is due to a combination of factors such as FDA regulations and requirements, high production costs, and limited funding, which creates barriers for smaller brands to make the switch towards more sustainable products. Furthermore, sourcing materials that are not only eco-friendly, but also able to provide an accessible, premium customer experience can prove tricky. We have found sustainable materials to be significantly more expensive to use in product development due to high production and manufacturing costs compared to their less environmentally-compatible equivalents. Consequently, this can result in the potential jeopardization of consumer accessibility and ultimately, product affordability for the customer. As a result, this tends to put smaller companies such as Natalist at a crossroads of social and environmental responsibility between the ability to offer medically-sound, accessible health products and make environmentally-conscious business decisions.

That being said, we hope that our Mother Earth initiative and commitment to plastic neutrality will help guide us towards a greener, more sustainable future as we continue to grow and innovate.

What is Natalist doing to further reduce its environmental footprint?

We launched our Mother Earth sustainability initiative in August of 2020 to outline what we're doing now and what we are actively working on for the future.

Who is rePurpose Global?

Natalist partners with rePurpose Global to enable our plastic neutral promise. They co-design and finance supply chain interventions in collaboration with vetted recycling projects worldwide. They are the group that certifies our Certified Net-Zero Plastic Footprint and holds us accountable.

Who is CarPe?

They are the group on the ground facilitating the removal of plastic waste. Through rePurpose Global, we fund and support CarPe in India to collect, clean, process, and recycle plastic waste at their state-of-the-art facilities. CarPe is a research and data-driven civic engagement enterprise focusing on waste management all over India.

Orders, Shipping, & Billing

How long until my products arrive?

Natalist products are shipped USPS first class mail and usually arrive within two to four business days.

Can I use my FSA/HSA account for these products?

Natalist’sPregnancy Tests, Ovulation Tests, Prenatal for her, At-home Sperm Analysis, and Virtual Fertility Consultation are all eligible for FSA and HSA reimbursement. The Lube, Fiber, Iron, and Prenatal for him may be eligible, but could require a Letter of Medical Necessity to be covered. Be sure to check with your specific HSA/FSA benefits coordinator for clarification on the specific requirements for reimbursement. What is the return policy?

Given the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. But don’t worry, we’re confident that our beautiful, evidence-backed products will be a hit for you. Please reach out if something is not as expected.

Do you ship outside the US?

At this time, we only ship within the continental US.

What are your shipping costs?

Standard shipping within the US is free for all purchases of $35 or more! 

I'm having trouble tracking my shipment. Where is my package?

Double check your email for a tracking link to your package. It may be in your spam folder. If you are still having trouble finding it, contact us directly at support@natalist.com.

How often will I receive my Natalist subscription?

After your initial order, recurring order shipments vary by product, based on quantity and recommended dosage. The Duo, Prenatal Multi,OmegaDHA, and CoQ10 ship every 30 days. Iron ships every 45 days. MTHF Folate ships every 60 days. You can always update your shipping schedule in your account.

Can I skip a subscription order?

Yes! If you created a Natalist account, log in to your account on Natalist.com, and click “Manage Subscriptions.” Next, click on Delivery schedule in the left-hand menu to see all upcoming deliveries for your subscriptions. To skip a delivery, click Skip to the right of each order.

Will I be charged for canceling my Natalist subscription?

No! We will never charge you for canceling your Natalist subscription. Just make sure to cancel before we ship out the box.

How do I adjust my subscription?
