We do our homework. See the research behind our Magnesium Plus.
Our Magnesium plus was thoughtfully formulated with optimal ingredients.
Magnesium Plus dietary supplements are formulated with magnesium gluconate, the recommended form of magnesium that is better absorbed and causes less diarrhea. Calcium gluconate and magnesium gluconate are recognized as safe forms of both minerals to consume while pregnant.
The “Plus” is important for synergistic effects.
We added calcium and vitamin D3 to our magnesium gluconate powder to ensure the absorption and metabolism of each ingredient. These vitamins and minerals work together to get the most out of the dietary supplement overall.
For more than just sleep and relaxation.
Our Magnesium Plus was specifically formulated for sleep support and relaxation during pregnancy and postpartum, but this formula may support much more! Magnesium is required for the conversion of vitamin D into its active form which, in turn, supports calcium absorption and metabolism, as well as normal parathyroid hormone function. Calcium deficiency can lead to health concerns such as hypocalcaemia tetany, hypocalcaemia related to hyperparathyroidism, and hypocalcaemia. Also, according to NIH, in the United States, more than 53 million people suffer from osteoporosis or are at high risk due to low bone mass. Calcium and vitamin D3 are essential for maintaining healthy bones, supporting bone mass, and promoting overall bone health, which can reduce the risk of osteoporosis.
